3rd ODI between New Zealand and West Indies, Kiwi's all-rounder Corey Anderson smashed fastest ODI century in the history of the cricket. He used only 36 balls to reach the 100 scores.
But, International Cricket Council has yet to confirm his record, as the ICC rules say that a match should atleast be played for 25 overs each to be considered to be called an ODI. On the other hand, the match between the two teams was reduced to just 21 overs after heavy rain hit Queensland, the venue for the clash between the two.
So, the cricket fans are now waiting for an official statement from ICC on whether the record has been transffered to the Kiwi player or the Pakistani star all-rounder Shahid Boom Boom Afridi still holds the record.
Hope for the best for both players and Best of luck!
